Ingredients

240 gr fine gingersnap crumbs
14 gr powdered sugar
55 gr melted margarine
900 ml cream cheese
120 ml sour cream
250 gr granulated sugar
3 eggs
30 gr gingerroot
30 gr candied ginger
2 gr orange peel
9 springform with vegetable
350 degree oven
1/2 cream cheese with the sour cream

Instructions
