Ginger Creams

Ingredients

230 gr margarine
250 gr sugar
1 egg
240 ml molasses
240 gr coffee
14 gr baking soda
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr ginger
3 gr salt
700 gr flour

Instructions

Recipe by: Edith Anderson Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth, then add ingredients in order. Chill thoroughly before rolling out; cut with cookie cutters (gingerbread men preferred!). Bake at 190ÂșC or dozen minutes. ----
