Ginger Icebox Cookies

Ingredients

190 gr shortening
200 gr sugar
120 ml molasses
575 gr flour
16 gr ginger
3 gr salt
2 eggs

Instructions

Cream sugar, shortening, add eggs. Beat well. Add molasses and dry ingredients to make a stiff dough. Form into roll. Put in icebox to chill. Note: Cut, place on baking sheet. Bake in 190ÂșC . oven.
