240 ml orleans molasses 110 gr brown sugar 120 ml oil 1 gr cinnamon 1 gr nutmeg 5 gr ginger 240 ml boiling water 325 gr flour unsifted 5 gr baking soda
Instructions
Blend together the first 7 ingred. and stir in the boiling water.
Mix in the unsifted flour. Dissolve the baking soda in 2 T. of hot water; add to batter. Pour into a greased 8x8x2 inch cake pan. Bake 30 min. at 180ÂșC .
