Gingered Beef Stir

Ingredients

230 gr beef sirloin steak
5 ml vegetable oil
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
45 gr mushrooms
100 gr snow peas
50 gr celery
30 gr green onions
34 gr pepper
5 gr ginger
3 gr cornstarch
16 ml soy sauce
120 gr rice
16 ml water in bowl
1 baking dish

Instructions

soy sauce and 1 teaspoon water in small bowl. Add beef and cornstarch mixture to vegetables. Cover and cook on HIGH power 1 minute; stir and cook 1 minute longer. Let stand 2 minutes.
