Gingered Chinese Noodle Soup
Ingredients
20 gr cellophane noodles
240 ml watercress leaves
10 ml vegetable oil
45 gr thinly mushrooms
1 onion
200 gr snow peas
2 slices carrots diagonal
5 ml oriental sesame oil
5 gr ginger
5 ml rice vinegar
700 ml chicken stock
2 slices green onions thinly
350 ml water
5 ml soy sauce
230 gr ham julienne
Instructions
pepper flakes. Adjust seasoning. Serve in deep bowls, sprinkle with green onions.
