110 gr brown sugar 1 dry italian salad dressing mix 3 gr celery salt 7 gr ginger 120 ml ketchup 60 ml vinegar 120 ml water 1,000 gr ribs
Instructions
Combine brown sugar, salad dressing mix, celery salt, ginger, ketchup, vinegar and water. Place ribs in a Dutch oven and bake at 180ÂșC or 2 hours. Baste ribs with sauce every 30 minutes.
