Gingersnap Crumb Crust

Ingredients

350 gr gingersnap crumbs
50 gr sifted powdered sugar
75 gr butter
1 recipe by southern living

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Firmly press crumb mixture evenly over bottom and sides of a 23 cm pieplate. For frozen pies, crust may be used without baking. For one 23 cm crust. ----
