Giselle's Acadian Plogues

Ingredients

130 gr buckwheat flour
130 gr regular flour
18 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
350 ml water
120 ml boiling water

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Add cold water and let stand for 10 minutes. Add boiling water and drop to make thin 15 cm pancakes on hot griddle, 400�. Bake on one side only, until bubbled and firm. Serve on warm platter, cover with napkins.
