Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
14 gr margarine
60 ml orange juice
60 ml honey
2 gr orange rind
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
2 gr ginger
260 gr carrots
Instructions
mix to-gether on med. heat for 20 min. put in bowl and add some coursely chopped sweet pickle, mix and serve.
