Glazed Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

3 packages sweet potatoes
55 gr brown sugar
60 ml honey
8 gr cornstarch
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
4 gr orange rind
28 gr butter
120 ml pineapple juice
30 gr walnuts
450 gr cans of potatoes in syrup
6 sweet potatoes
1/2 baking dish
6 ingredients in a saucepan

Instructions

walnuts, cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove from regrigerator and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Uncover and bake at 180ºC or 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Southern Living: Home for the Holidays 1993 ----
