Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients

130 gr am rice
65 gr am soy flour
75 gr am corn meal
14 gr non-alum baking powder
1 gr sea salt
1 egg
350 ml water
30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil

Instructions

Combine all dry ingredients. Stir together all liquids; add to dry ingredients. Bake on pre-heated griddle (350 F. to 190ÂșC .). Turn only once.
