Gobhi Samosa
Ingredients
2 gr cumin seeds
7 gr onion
4 cauliflower
12 gr green peas
1 asafetida
1 green mango powder
1 gr garam masala
1 gr cayenne
1 recipe pastry dough
6 gr ghee in a skille saute the cumin seeds until golden
8 equal portions
1 portion of cauliflower mixture
4 samosas at a time
Instructions
extra oil can also drain off.
