Golden Potato Scones With Parmesan And Pancetta

Ingredients

4 pancetta
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
32 gr butter
5 mashed potato
20 gr parmesan
2 gr oregano
30 ml milk
1 egg yolk
1 from julia leatherwood

Instructions

Put the scones on a well greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg and bake for 15 minutes until well risen and golden brown. Cool a little on a wire rack, then serve warm with butter.
