Good Neighbor Szechuan Noodles

Ingredients

110 gr oriental noodles
45 gr tamari
16 ml vinegar
6 gr chili paste with garlic
30 gr tahini
16 ml sesame oil
120 ml chicken broth
30 ml oil
1/2 mung bean sprouts
22 gr spinach roughly

Instructions

*Any thin, flat noodle can be substituted for Oriental noodles.

**Good Neighbor uses vegetarian chicken-flavored broth powder.

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and cool. Combine tamari, vinegar, chili paste, tahini, sesame oil and broth; set aside. Heat about 2 tb. oil in wok. Add noodles; toss until warm and browning. Add bean sprouts and spinach; mix. Add sauce mixture; toss. Serve while hot. Yield: 6 to 8 servings. Haven't tried yet.
