Gourmet Chili

Ingredients

350 gr dry pinto beans
1,900 ml water
230 gr pure beef suet
1 sweet onion
900 gr beef
1/4 cube
16 gr cumin powder
18 gr paprika
3 gr pepper
6 garlic
2 powder
12 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
65 gr green chilies
240 ml tomato juice
1 sour cream
450 gr cans
3,800 ml water
1 cooking liquid
1,400 gr dutch oven
12 gr drippings

Instructions

chili to a medium consistency. If a thinner chili is desired, use reserved bean juice. To serve, add warm pinto beans to chili or serve as a side dish. Add a dollop of sour cream on each bowl. This is a spicy, meaty chili. Yields: 2 litre
