Gow Gees
Ingredients
240 ml water
120 ml vinegar
100 gr sugar
65 gr tomato paste
12 gr cornstarch
28 ml mushrooms boiling water
48 wonton wrappers
32 gr shrimp
65 gr pork
3 green onions
10 ml soy sauce
2 gr pared ginger
1 clove garlic
700 ml vegetable oil
8 cm
1/2 over filling
Instructions
