Grandma Murphy's Irish Bread

Ingredients

500 gr flour
18 gr baking powder
100 gr sugar
325 gr raisins
2 caraway seed
475 ml buttermilk
1 egg

Instructions

Mix all together and pour into greased cast iron frying pan. Bake at 180ºC or one hour.
