Grandma's Apple Cake
Ingredients
375 gr flour
400 gr sugar
5 ml soda
240 ml salad oil
3 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
3 eggs
550 gr apples
140 gr nuts
100 gr confectioners sugar mix dry ingredients
Instructions
sugar. I use a lace doily to lay on cake and then sprinkle the sugar over and then take off the doily. It makes it look quite special. Jean Hores
