Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

9 gr yeast
375 gr flour
50 gr sugar
2 gr salt
30 ml oil
1 eggs
120 ml milk
120 ml water
55 gr butter
75 gr sugar
34 gr nuts
8 gr cinnamon
200 gr sugar
22 gr butter
1/4 extract
30 gr coffee
10 min before the beep as it has reached the top of the
9 rectangle

Instructions

two end pieces and place in 23 cm round pan, with one in the middle and the rest arranged around the outside. (looks real nice) Cover; let rise in a warm place until almost double in volume, (about 30 minutes). Preheat oven to 375. Bake 20-25 minutes. To prepare glaze, combine sugar, melted butter, maple extract, and hot coffee. Blend until smooth. Drizzle over hot rolls.
