190 gr sifted flour 5 gr baking soda 3 gr salt 190 gr shortening 170 gr brown sugar 150 gr sugar 4 gr vanilla 120 gr chocolate chips 2 eggs 5 ml water 2 oatmeal
Instructions
Cream sugars and shortening well. Add eggs and blend. Add baking soda to hot water. Stir and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 180ºC or 10 minutes. ----
