Grandma's Peach Shortcake
Ingredients
250 gr sifted enriched flour
26 gr sugar
14 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
110 gr butter
1 egg
400 ml cream
800 gr sugared peaches
6 biscuits with floured
2 1/2 round
Instructions
oven (450�) about 10 minutes. Split shortcakes; butter bottom layers. Fill and top with peaches and whipped cream. Serve warm.
