Grandmother's Brown Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
650 gr brown sugar
140 gr shortening
4 eggs
650 gr flour
3 gr baking soda
4 ml cream tartar
4 gr vanilla
Instructions
Flour to make a soft dough. Roll, cut and bake in quick oven. Note: Quick oven is probably around 220ºC .
