Granola-buttermilk Muffins

Ingredients

1 egg
110 gr packed brown sugar
65 gr shortening
240 ml buttermilk
1 1/2 granola
160 gr all purpose flour
3 gr salt
5 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda

Instructions

Heat oven to 200ÂșC . Grease bottoms of dozen medium muffin cups., 2.5x 3 cm. Beat in brown sugar, shortening and buttermilk thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fill muffin cups 0.75 full. Bake until light brown, 20-25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan; serve warm.
