Gratin Of Potatoes And Porcini Mushrooms In Cream
Ingredients
5 gr porcini mushrooms
120 ml water
2 shallots
575 gr baking potatoes
22 ml olive oil
160 ml whipping cream
160 ml milk
1 gr salt
1 pepper
45 ml whipping cream
1,700 gr gratin dish
90 gr salt and pepper
45 ml cream over top of potatoes
1 day
Instructions
Bake until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Broil until top is browned, about 3 minutes. *
