Greek Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

1 package spinach
240 ml milk
350 gr crumbled feta cheese
3 eggs
55 gr butter melted
32 gr romano cheese
16 gr flour
1 gr pepper
1 gr salt
5 gr nutmeg

Instructions

Line a 23 cm quiche dish with pie crust. Bake at 200ºC or 3 minutes. Re move from oven and prick with fork. Bake for 5 minutes. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 180ºC or 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes.
