Greek Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

45 ml olive oil
4 gr oregano
1 onion
240 ml wine
1 clove garlic
150 gr tomatoes
5 ripe tomatoes
3 gr parsley

Instructions

tomatoes, parsley and oregano. Simmer, covered until the tomatoes are very tender, about 25 min. Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 more minutes.
