Green Curry Paste

Ingredients

10 green chillies
4 garlic
1 onion
50 gr coriander
6 gr salt
4 gr coriander
2 gr cumin
3 gr shrimp paste
2 galangal
1 lemon grass
1 stalk lemon grass

Instructions

Yield: half Cup In a blender grind all of the ingredients into a paste. When using dried galangal or fresh Lemon Grass, add both ingredients directly while cooking the curry paste.
