Green Lentil Soup
Ingredients
1 green lentils
1 onion
100 ml olive oil
190 gr tomatoes
34 gr tomato paste
45 ml vinegar
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
3 gr italian parsley
1 gr basil
3 garlic
2 bay leaves
4 litres of water
Instructions
there is enough water. Before serving, add red vinegar, mix well. Check seasonings.
