Green Or Red Enchiladas

Ingredients

475 ml basic green sauce
240 ml dairy sour cream

120 gr montereyjack cheese

65 gr green chiles

5 gr oregano leaves
240 ml chicken broth
475 ml dairy sour cream

950 ml sauce

240 ml sour cream
36 gr chicken onto tortilla
2 ungreased baking dish
475 ml basic sauce for the basic green sauce
425 gr cheese
8 ancho chilies
850 ml warm water
60 gr onion
60 ml vegetable oil
230 ml tomato sauce
1 tbs oregano leaves
1 tbs cumin seed
5 ml salt cover chiles with warm water
1,900 ml saucepan until onion is tender
425 gr reserved liquid

Instructions

blade or into a blender container; cover and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate up to 10 days. Makes about 2.5 cups sauce.
