Ingredients
450 gr cubed stew beef
1/2 suet
20 green tomatoes
18 tart apples
475 gr raisins
24 gr cinnamon
180 ml any sweet fruit juice
3/4 citron
36 gr orange rind
8 gr salt
3 gr allspice
5 gr ginger
240 ml beef stock
5 ml nutmeg cover meat with water
28 gr brandy on top
