Grilled Butter "fly Pattern" Pork Chops

Ingredients

30 ml olive oil
1 onion
3 garlic
2 gr cumin
1 gr pepper
240 ml ketchup
120 ml malt vinegar
60 ml soy sauce
55 gr brown sugar
30 ml worcestershire sauce
1/4 liquid smoke
6 pork chops

Instructions

ash, add chops. Grill, turning once, until cooked, 6 to 7 minutes per side. Brush with sauce about 5 minutes before finished.
