Grilled Chicken/fish With Cucumber
Ingredients
some cilantro
some combine the oil
some lime juice
240 ml oil
2 serrano
65 gr cilantro coarsely
3 gr salt
4 chicken breasts
4 fish fillets
45 gr butter
1/2 cucumber
120 ml dry wine
1 shallots
1 grill the chicken
45 gr butter in a skillet
16 ml remove the saucepan from the heat
