Grilled Chicken Adobo
Ingredients
10 chicken breast
60 ml achiote sauce base
325 ml orange juice
30 ml vegetable oil
1 gr basil leaves
3 gr cinnamon
1 gr salt
3/8 achiote seeds
80 ml vinegar
1 chiles
1 gr pepper
1 clove garlic
10 breast
6 from coals
3 times
1 wee
2 months
1/2 marinade over chicken
4 from the heat
Instructions
pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and broil until done, about 6 minutes longer.
