Grilled Corn With Spicy Butters

Ingredients

6 ears of corn
350 gr margarine
1 gr lime peel
34 gr basil leaves
8 gr scallion
5 ml lemon juice
2 gr salt
28 gr butter mixture of your choice
3 from coals

Scrape into a small dish and serve with the corn. OVEN ROASTED CORN: Heat the oven to 250ÂșC . Prepare the corn as above, but place in an ungreased jelly roll pan 15.5 X 10.5 X 3 cm. Turn frequently until done, about 30 to 35 minutes.
