120 ml vegetable oil
2 shallots
1 clove garlic
60 ml grainy mustard
30 ml worcestershire sauce
1/2 coarsely cracked
6 slices steaks
10 ml mustard
Instructions
the Worcestershire sauce, half teaspoon of the peppercorns, thyme and salt in a
