Grilled Salisbury Steak In Belmont Sauce

Ingredients

some generous tabasco sauce dry sherry wine
800 gr chuck
12 gr chives
16 gr onion
1 gr ran green bell
1 clove garlic mashed
45 gr butter
5 ml prepared mustard
80 ml tomato ketchup
16 ml lemon juice
5 ml worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and shape into 6 individual small steaks,about 2 cm thick.Sprinkle with seasoned flour and brush with olive oil.Broil them for 5 to 6 minutes or more on each side,depending on degree of doneness desired. Belm ont Sauce: Melt butter with the rest of the ingredients.Blend well.Stir in 2 tb sp. sherry and bring almost to a boiling point.Arrange steaks on a hot platter and pour sauce over them.
