Grilled Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

8 tomatoes
2 slices onions
2 slices zucchini
2 slices squash
3 peppers
2 garlic
7 gr rosemary

Instructions

Grill all vegetables except garlic. In food processor place all ingredients, except half cup vegetables. Process until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, lemon and rosemary. Dice remaining half cup vegetables . Serve hot or cold with diced vegetables sprinkled on top.
