Grillel Chicken Breasts W/wild Mushroom~.... & Bourbon Sauce
Ingredients
some garlic
26 gr rosemary
120 ml lemon juice
350 ml olive oil
20 chicken breast
10 shallots
250 gr shittake mushrooms
70 gr mixed wild mushrooms
150 gr sun tomatoes

40 gr flour
1,400 ml rich beef stock of broth
1/2 whipping ream
6 gr salt and pepper
240 ml olive oil
60 ml olive oil until gold
Instructions
moist (about 10 min.). Meanwhlie, reheat sauce. (Recipe may be done ahead. Reheat sauce and chicken separately.) 4. Arrange chicken on a serving platter and top with sauce.
