Ground Chicken And Rice Casserole

Ingredients

270 gr chicken breast
1 egg whipped
75 gr mashed potatoes
60 gr long rice
60 ml evaporated skim milk
60 gr onions
65 gr bell peppers
6 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
1/4 poultry seasoning
120 ml ketchup
16 ml honey

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, egg white, mashed potatoes, rice, evaporated skim milk, onions, bell peppers, salt, black pepper, and poultry seasoning. Spread evenly into a 20 cm casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Meanwhile in another mixing bowl, combine ketchup and honey. Remove cover and spread onto baked chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes more or until rice is done.
