Brown ground pork; drain. Cream lard, white sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, cinnamon. Blend in peanut butter, nuts and shredded orange rind. Stir in ground pork. Shape into small balls on greased cookie sheet. Press down with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 min. Makes 5 doz. cookies. Keep refrigerated.
