Grune Bohnen Mit Birner

Ingredients

250 gr runner beans
190 gr pealed pears
110 gr butter
24 gr sugar
55 ml vinegar

Instructions

Salt & pepper Clean and trim runner beans and slice thinly. Par boil in salted water for dozen minutes. Drain and toss in butter with pears. Sason to taste and add sugar and vinegar. Stir well.
