Gujrati Dal

Ingredients

1 mixed dal
3 tomatoes
1 slice eggplant
1 zucchini
1 gr turmeric
16 gr ginger
3 gr garlic
2 green chilies
50 gr ghee
4 ml black mustard seeds
2 gr cumin seeds
3/8 asafetida
3 gr salt
12 gr coriander leaves
700 ml water
