Gurkensalat

Ingredients

2 cucumbers
6 gr sugar
7 ml cider vinegar
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
120 ml sour cream
1 gr parsley

Instructions

Slice cucumbers paper-thin. Sprinkle slices with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes, drain off liquid, and toss lightly with sour cream. Top with minced parsley.
