Halibut Piccata
Ingredients
1 garlic clove
38 ml olive oil
120 ml dry wine
45 ml lemon juice
18 gr capers
400 gr pacific halibut fillets
40 gr parmesan cheese
8 frying over high heat
7 ml oil until limp
6 equal portions
17 broiler
3 from heat
Instructions
with cheese, and broil until opaque but still moist-looking in center of thickest part (cut to test), about 3 minutes longer. Transfer to a platter and pour sauce onto fish.
