Ham-and-cheese Bread

Ingredients

8 gr dry yeast
16 gr sugar
60 gr swiss cheese
16 gr dehydrated onion
85 gr cheddar cheese
14 gr parmesan cheese
5 ml dry mustard
1 gr salt
325 gr bread flour
200 ml warm milk

Instructions

NOTES: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 tsp yeast for the 1.5 pound loaf. This bread has a high liquid content, so the top may fall during baking. Use a light crust setting. The crust will be somewhat darker than usual, due to the fresh cheese in the recipe.
