Ham And Bean Soup With Vegetables

Ingredients

500 gr navy beans
1 pepper
1 carrot
950 ml water
1 ham
1 onion
1 package peas
2 garlic
1 bell pepper
1/2 cabbage

Instructions

Place all ingredients except frozen vegetables and cabbage in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low dozen to 18 hours. Turn to High and remove ham. Add peas, limas and cabbage. Cook for 1 to 2 hours on High or until vegetables are tender.

Serve large bowls of this thick soup with crusty French bread.
