Ham And Sour Cream Baked Noodles

Ingredients

100 gr pasta
190 gr nonfat cottage cheese
350 ml nonfat sour cream
2 cuos ham
120 gr egg beaters
99 egg substitute
1 gr salt
65 gr green bell pepper
50 gr celery fine
30 gr onion fine
14 gr margarine

Instructions

Put the cooked pasta into a bowl and toss with the cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped ham, egg substitute, salt, bell pepper, celery and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste and margarine. Spoon into a 3 litre casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
