Ham Fritters With Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

160 gr flour
6 gr salt
5 gr baking powder
2 eggs
525 ml milk
12 gr melted shortening
220 gr ham
50 gr shortening
110 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

Ham Fritters: Combine flour, salt and baking powder; stir in eggs and milk. Add shortening and mix well. Stir in ham. Drop batter by tablespoon into deep oil heated to 375 degrees. Fry until golden, drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sauce. Creamy Sauce: Melt shortening in pan over low heat. Add flour and salt, stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute.
