Ham Loaf
Ingredients
425 gr ham
260 gr pork
110 gr bread crumbs
240 ml milk
2 eggs
60 ml vinegar
60 ml water
220 gr brown sugar
5 ml mustard
120 ml catsup
Instructions
Combine loaf ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Mix the topping ingredients and pour over meat before baking. Bake at 180ºC or 1 hour. Randy Rigg
